A Continuing Effort to Build and Sustain Traffic

What You Can Expect From Us
Net Actions assumes the responsibility of developing and maintaining top rankings on all major engines and directories. Client's pay only for the extra  traffic we generate directly from the search engine or directory  to the site.

Because our revenue is derived solely from the results we are able to achieve, we continue to build on initial results with an aim to "corner the market" for those searches that match the sites objective.

In addition to building keyword-specific doorway pages, Net Actions suggests site modifications that have proven to enhance search engine rankings, acquires additional domain names where necessary, and employs all the techniques necessary to build a successful web presence.

What We Expect From You
Net Actions is committed to bringing qualified visitors to a site without intruding on its   look and feel. After all, our job is to bring you visitors, your job is to motivate them once they arrive. We will often suggest site modifications that have proven to enhance search engine rankings or impress human reviewers from directory services. These enhancements are often imperceptible and clients interested in attracting visitors should consider suggestions seriously, and act upon these suggestions in a timely fashion, where possible.

As the experts in your field, we also solicit your input in arriving at targeted key phrases  and add our experience to this process. With respect to doorway pages, we often require "talking points" relating to the key phrase the page is targeted for. We modify this content in a way that matches search engine ranking algorithms.

We ask that you keep us informed of new pages or other significant enhancements to your site.

Finally, we ask that you leave all search engine and directory submissions and other such contact to us. Submitting a page to a search engine may seem innocent enough, but such actions could prove counter-productive. Remember, The Consulting Plan provides ample incentive for us to drive traffic to your site.

How We Count Visitors
A pre-existing monthly traffic average from search engines and directories to the client site is determined by mutual agreement between Net Actions and the client. This "base level" is subtracted from each month's invoice.

Only actual user visits from search engines and directories are counted. We do not count visits from search engine "spiders". We do count visits from links that we are able to achieve for your site from Yahoo!, Looksmart, and other directories. We also count traffic from doorway pages that we may have created to score well for your key phrases on search engines. We do not count traffic from a search engine to a doorway page that does not result in a click thru to the client site.

How We Invoice
Once each month, we run a statistical analysis report against log files from the client site. Clients are billed at .20 for each visit above the established "base level". Clients receive a monthly invoice and a copy of the report for review.
